Lip Monthly - November 2014

I just received my November 2014 Lip Monthly Bag in the mail today :) and it is my first bag! I loved everything. So worth it, for me at least. I love make-up, but I love to try things before I buy them, so this subscription is perfect for me. It does take awhile to get to Canada because we are so far away, however; it is a nice surprise when your bag comes in. The subscription is $10/month, but mine was $5+shipping (used a discount code for $5 off) which came up to about $8, what a great deal! And the contents of the bag was $34.99.

First off, I got an Ofra Lipliner (Orchid) it's like a brown/red colour, very nice for the fall as it states. This product is retails for $13 and it was a full sized product.

Next, I got Hikari Lipstick (Cabernet) which is as the name states is a wine colour, love the colour! This product retails for $13. Wow! Already doubled what I paid, love, love, love that fact.

Next in the bag is NYC Expert Last Lipstick (Berry Me) full sized product. Love the colour, it's a dark, but light red. It isn't as dark as the Hikari Lipstick, but still a great lip colour! Retail price $1.99, it is a cheap brand, but still love it. I always used NYC as a young teenage girl; brings back fond memories :)

Also, A Crown Lip Brush, Retail value $3. I'm excited to try this, as I have never used a lip brush before.

Last but not least, a non-lip product. MMU (Monthly Mixup). I got a City Color Cosmetics White Gold Shadow & Highlighting Mousse, full sized product, retails for $4. It's a Gold color, very excited to try, as I love eye products as well as lip, and gold is one of my favorite colours.

And a bonus... The bag itself! It's a red bag that has cosmetics on it and a logo that says "Lip Monthly" love it! <3 It's so roomy, light & sturdy.

I did a swatch with all the colors of the products and I gotta say they are great! And worth every penny (well I should say ever nickel because there are no more pennies in Canada). An excellent game to play with the kids! Cute little game peices that consist of an Orange Kitten, Black Terrier, Green Car & A Blue Boat. Easy to read and great for learning. Age 5+ (2-4 Players).

Softlips Cube (Berry Bliss)

Softlips Cube (Berry Bliss) is amazing. It is so smooth and leaves my lips so soft and moisturized. Perfect for the upcoming winter weather 💋 I would recommend this stuff over any other chapsticks, I've tried the generic chapsticks & Burt's Bees (which isn't too bad either), but I prefect this stuff as it has an amzing smell and taste. I would 100% buy this over and over again.

It also has a great design and gets your lips covered without having to round it with a stick millions of times. You can buy them almost anywhere! So get yours today 😃

Ipsy November 2014

I got my November 2014 Ipsy Bag and I absolutely loved it! The Theme was "Girl Meet Glitter" Down to the packaging it came in. It was my First Bag and I couldn't be any more happier. I highly recommend it to any makeup junkie, they have excellent products and cute little makeup bags. As you can see above... I got a glittery silver with a pink zipper and black lining inside by Forever 21 for Ipsy, how cool is that? Also from Forever 21 I recieved a Creme Berry Lipstick that I looove... It's so perfect, just what I needed 💋. Another thing I got was Be A Bombshell Eye Base in Submissive, it's a broze/gold colour and a faint color, but is perfect for eyeshadow to stay on your eye lids. Marc Anthony Argan Oil Volumizing Hairspray, Temptu Highlighter & Starlooks Ultra Orchid Gem Pencil, which is great! It is a dark purple color with a bit of glitter. Very satisfied with my bag.
